Policies
All puppies are AKC or CKC registered.   I will not sell a puppy without papers for a lesser price.  I do not require spay/neuter contracts.

I require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy.  Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason why you cannot continue with the purchase of the puppy.  I accept cash, money order, or Paypal (plus 3.5% fee).   No personal checks accepted.   I must receive your deposit within 3 days of placing the puppy as "Pending."  If I do not receive a deposit within that time frame, the puppy will be re-listed "Available."  Puppies must be paid for in full by the time they are 8 weeks old.  If you are purchasing an older puppy, they must be paid for in full within two weeks of placing a deposit.

Puppies are priced in accordance with the conformation, color, and size of each individual puppy.  Yes, the smaller pups and the harder to find colors are more expensive!!
 
   Puppies are not shipped until 10 weeks of age, minimum, and they must weigh 2 lbs.  No puppy will be shipped
   until I feel that they are ready.   It may be possible to pick up your puppy at 8 - 9 weeks of age, or if you are buying
   a very small puppy, at 10 -  12 weeks of age.  They must be picked up at my home.  Sorry, no exceptions to
   these shipping rules.  It is what is best for the puppy.  If you need me to keep the puppy for additional time, an
   additional fee of $50 per month will be charged.

   Each puppy has had dewclaws removed and will be vet checked and current on vaccinations and deworming.

   Anyone is welcome to come by and see my dogs and puppies at anytime without notice.  I do not sell to pet
   stores, puppy mills, or brokers.

   If at any time I feel that you don't have the best interest of the puppy first and foremost, the transaction will be
   terminated and your money refunded, including your deposit.  

   If you change your mind on purchasing a puppy, refunds on deposits are not given.  Refunds on the balance will
   be given up to the age of 8 weeks.  If you change your mind after the puppy is 8 weeks old, an additional fee of
   25% of the sale price will be deducted from your refund.  The same policy is applied to the older puppies.

   Not all the puppies for sale are out of my dogs.  I list Chihuahua puppies for sale for some of my trusted, good
   friends that are also respectable Chihuahua breeders.  All guarantees and policies are the same for every
   puppy listed on TeeniePaws Chihuahuas.
