About Me
Welcome.  My name is Sherry Vansickle.  I have been raising Chihuahuas for 11 years.  I started with two little, tiny Chihuahua/Pom mix puppies and just fell in love.  I decided to go with purebred Chihuahuas, and that's all she wrote!!  I love the Chihuahua breed so much.  They are extremely smart and so much fun to have around. 

My dogs are all part of my family.  They are never kenneled.  They sleep, eat, and live with me and my husband.  We live in the country with a good sized fenced yard that they love to spend time in. 

I wait to breed my females until they are 18 months old, and then they breed once a year.  I feel that breeding every heat is just too hard on the girls.  They have maybe four or five litters and then they are retired from breeding.  I don't sell them once they are retired.  They will live out a very long and happy life with us.
 
   All my pups are raised right in the middle of it all.  They are exposed from the very beginning to life in a busy,
   dog filled home.  We have a Border Collie that is now a senior citizen, and the pups just love her.  We also have
   a Lasa mix that loves to get right in and play with them once they are on the move.  We have cats, too, that love
   to sleep with the babies.  They must think that they make great little heaters!!   My puppies are some of the
